Module 7E-06 Activiy-exercise

The following exercises can help you realise how you lose the ability to function normally if you get intoxicated:

Run straight from one end of a room to the other end and then run back weaving through cones on your way. Repeat this three times. Then spin for 30 seconds and try to do the same exercise.

Throw and catch a ball three times. Then wear some spectacles that have been modified to impair vision (you can paint over half the lens or smear hand cream on it) and then try to repeat the same exercise.
