Module 5E-08 Society depends on rules

Society depends on rules and regulations to grow and flourish. Islam teaches us that Allah has sent a series of anbiya with divine laws for society and instructions for individual conduct to guide mankind. As our creator and Lord, Allah alone has the right to make laws for His creation. His anbiya were the teachers of those laws; they delivered and explained the laws to mankind. The a’immah (a) are the successors of the anbiya and protectors of the religion. They interpret the laws of Islam with the wisdom and knowledge bestowed by Allah. Each Imam guided the people of his time towards the path of Allah through these divine laws.
